Welding
High welding productivity with excellent seam finish and minimal spatter. Ease of use enables even beginners to quickly master the welding technique. Two-year warranty and comprehensive advice provide full support to our customers. Precision welding of thin sheets is our speciality, even for the most demanding tasks.
- Fibre optic cable length: The standard cable length is 10 metres.
- Auxiliary gas: nitrogen or argon: For a white and bright welded surface, we recommend the use of nitrogen or argon. In cases where no special demands are made on the appearance of the weld, the use of compressed air will suffice.
- Wire feeder information: The wire feeder is a standard feature on our machines and is supplied complete with the machine.
Machine guarantee: Our two-year laser welder warranty provides peace of mind. We have a professional after-sales support team available online 24 hours a day.
Laser cleaning function
Laser cleaning is a process that uses a concentrated beam of laser light to remove contaminants from the surface of various materials. Unlike traditional cleaning methods such as sandblasting or brushing, laser cleaning is non-contact and does not cause mechanical damage to the material.
How does laser cleaning work?
- Laser-surface interaction: When the laser beam falls on a contaminated surface, the light energy is absorbed by the contaminants, causing them to rapidly heat up and evaporate.
- Removal of contaminants: Thanks to precise control of the laser parameters, it is possible to remove only a layer of contamination, without damaging the substrate.
- Non-contact: The laser cleaning process is completely non-contact, allowing delicate surfaces and parts with complex shapes to be cleaned.

Interface
The two touchscreen LCD HMIs, of the laser welder and wire feeder, have menus in Polish. The control system has a memory for the technologies used, so switching between materials is possible in seconds.

Nozzle set
The two sets of nozzles included with the machine (shown in the pictures opposite) allow the process parameters to be precisely adjusted for different applications. Different shapes and four nozzle sizes (0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6 mm) guarantee high quality and reproducible results for both welding and more demanding operations such as cutting or deburring.
